Shipping
We are currently shipping within the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Europe and Australia. If however you love somewhere else in the world please do get in touch and we will do our best to organize delivery.
When you place an order, we aim to have your personalized goods to you within 6-10 working days. Our current Standard delivery within the United States is 10 working days after the personalization, we will do our best to get your gift to you as soon as possible. If you do need your gift urgently we have a number of quicker delivery options which are available on check out.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Costs
- Standard 6-10 Days shipping in the United States $14.95
- Express 3-6 Working Days shipping in the United States $39.99 per order
- Super Express 3-4 Days shipping in the United States $66 per order
- Australia and Canada $30 per order for standard shipping
- United Kingdom $15 per order for standard shipping
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If your product has been personalized then we will treat each case on an individual basis. However, if the fault is due to our error we will refund the total amount immediately.
Processing Time
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
